Healthcare Sales Leader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Healthcare Sales Leader to join our growing team at EliseAI. This Healthcare Sales Leader remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead a sales team and drive significant impact in the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do

• Own and be accountable for the success of Healthcare sales, ensuring targets are met.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, mentoring and developing their skills using a "challenger sales" methodology.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive adoption of EliseAI solutions with C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives in the healthcare sector.
• Support Enterprise Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage the performance of the sales team.
• Attend industry conferences to enhance EliseAI's market presence across the United States.
• Develop a deep understanding of healthcare-specific needs and pain points, working with engineering and product teams to champion new solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales experience.
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience.
• Recent experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week.
