What You'll Do

• Own and be accountable for the success of Healthcare sales, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering their development in line with a "challenger sales" methodology.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to engage with C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives in the healthcare industry.
• Support Enterprise Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations and expansions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while managing their performance effectively.
• Attend industry conferences to bolster EliseAI's market presence across the United States.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare-specific needs and collaborate with engineering and product teams to champion innovative solutions.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasting and performance metrics tracking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales experience.
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week.
