Head of SEO - Remote Role in iGaming

About the Role

Odds Scanner Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of SEO to lead our organic growth initiatives and dominate SERPs across our content-driven portfolio in the sports, casino, and betting sectors. As the Head of SEO remote, you will oversee a global team of over 80 SEO professionals, setting the strategy and managing operations for the OS Media business unit. This role is pivotal in achieving growth targets, managing budgets, and ensuring the profitability of our SEO efforts.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive global SEO strategy aimed at SERP domination across targeted markets and keyword clusters.
• Develop market-level roadmaps that prioritize high-ROI keyword opportunities.
• Establish a scalable experimentation framework for content and SERP feature testing.
• Lead and mentor SEO, content, and technical teams across multiple markets.
• Integrate AI/LLM-assisted systems into content production and quality control.
• Oversee technical SEO architecture, including crawling, indexing, and site performance.
• Manage the SEO tool stack and analytics infrastructure (GA4, Looker, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Design and manage a diversified link acquisition strategy, evaluating channels for ROI and compliance risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SEO experience, particularly in content-led, affiliate, lead generation, or multi-site businesses (iGaming experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving SERP domination and large-scale organic growth.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, Product-Led SEO, and link acquisition.
• Experience leading senior managers and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM content workflows and SEO automation.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus.
