Head of Sales - AI-Powered Legal Research
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our team at Pandektes, a leading platform for legal research globally. This Head of Sales remote position will allow you to shape our sales strategy and drive our growth journey. You will lead our sales efforts across various markets, build a high-performing team, and turn our strong product-market fit into predictable, scalable revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale Pandektes’ sales team and strategy across all markets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team across Copenhagen, Germany, and other markets.
- Stay close to the sales floor through deal involvement, call reviews, and pipeline deep dives.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through clear KPIs, structured pipeline management, and coaching.
- Drive revenue growth, forecasting, and target ownership.
- Continuously refine our sales engine, playbook, processes, pricing, and tooling as we scale.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to strengthen positioning and conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B / Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Strong hands-on sales background with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience using modern sales tools and analytics.
- Experience managing and scaling remote, international sales teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
