Senior Account Executive - AI Search Solutions
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Account Executive remote to join our dynamic team at Searchable. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will take charge of mid-tier and enterprise new business across the German market, driving significant revenue growth. This role is not for the faint-hearted; we seek someone who has a proven track record in closing complex deals and can confidently engage with C-suite executives in both German and English.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Be the senior commercial voice in discussions with German VP and C-suite buyers, establishing trust and authority.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to your top target accounts in Germany.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and the Head of GTM in London to align on pipeline strategy and prioritization.
- Play a crucial role in shaping how Searchable enters and scales in the German market, leveraging your experience and network.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals within the German market.
- Strong existing network across German enterprises that you can activate immediately.
- Experience navigating German enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder structures at a senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, martech, SEO, or digital visibility products.
- History of selling into marketing, brand, or digital transformation functions in Germany.
- Experience building pipeline from scratch using your own network rather than relying purely on inbound leads.
