Head of Retail Media - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Retail Media to join Wesfarmers Health in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving our retail media strategy while leading a high-performing team. As the Head of Retail Media, you will oversee the performance and strategic direction across various domains including Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead the retail media strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational goals.
• Develop targeted omnichannel marketing solutions to help supplier partners achieve their objectives.
• Shape the retail media growth plan and foster a collaborative culture across internal stakeholders.
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize performance and enhance service quality.
• Oversee growth plans across technology and data partnerships, including ad server and audience measurement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail media or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft high-level strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
