About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Performance Marketing Creative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Head of Performance Marketing Creative, you will lead the charge in developing and scaling our in-house creative engine across multiple international brands. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate globally across time zones, leveraging your knowledge of consumer-facing health and wellness brands to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and scaling performance marketing creative teams, particularly in a D2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and revenue, with the ability to operate within OKRs and data dashboards.
  • Experience in physical product D2C ecosystems, with a focus on retention journeys and multi-channel customer flows.
  • Ability to balance speed and experimentation with structured systems for high-volume creative output.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to enhance creative processes.
