What You'll Do

  • Own the Gustie growth system, embedding AI at its core to enhance onboarding, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Redesign key moments in the employee journey to ensure AI actively supports real-time learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with AI as a design partner, determining where it can lead and where human judgment is paramount.
  • Integrate development into the workflow, using AI to reduce friction and enhance decision-making.
  • Prototype and implement AI-driven changes that significantly improve employee growth.
  • Establish new AI-native standards for leadership development and coaching.
  • Create feedback loops powered by AI to make growth and leadership effectiveness visible.
  • Continuously evaluate the balance between automated systems and human judgment.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in talent development or a related field, with a proven track record of implementing systems that drive behavior change.
  • Experience using AI as a core component of your work processes.
  • Ability to think long-term while executing quickly and effectively.
  • Strong opinions on best practices, with a willingness to adapt based on real-world feedback.
  • A passion for fostering growth in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
