Head of Ecosystem - Remote Position in Blockchain

About the Role

MLabs is seeking a Head of Ecosystem to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and management of our ecosystem, focusing on blockchain technologies and Web3 infrastructure. As the Head of Ecosystem, you will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation within our organization.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the ecosystem strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage partnerships within the blockchain and crypto sectors, specifically targeting EVM and Solana networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive quantifiable results.
• Lead business development initiatives, focusing on Go-to-Market strategies that enhance our market presence.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders to promote MLabs’ vision and capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market roles in the crypto or Web3 space.
• Proven track record of building and managing complex partnerships.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, particularly EVM and Solana.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Rust and Solidity programming languages.
• Deep passion for blockchain technology and on-chain yield generation.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a tech startup.
