Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Design or similar leadership role in a design-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
