Head of Delivery & Transformation - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Delivery & Transformation - Remote to lead our delivery organization at SITA. This role is pivotal in transforming and professionalizing the implementation of CHAMP’s core products, focusing on large-scale Cargospot implementations. You will be responsible for building a scalable, predictable, and high-performing delivery organization capable of executing complex, multi-year airline IT programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of complex enterprise software implementations for airline customers.
• Oversee delivery across all phases: pre-sales handover, contracting, design, build, test, go-live, and hypercare.
• Design and deploy a global, standardized delivery framework to ensure consistent on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Establish rigorous project-level financial management, including margin by project and early detection of cost overruns.
• Build and develop a high-performance delivery organization, defining clear roles and performance management frameworks.
• Act as a key partner to product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless transitions and influence product evolution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery and transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise IT implementations with contract values typically in the €5M–€15M range.
• Experience managing multi-year programs in mission-critical environments.
• Prior senior experience in global consulting firms or enterprise software vendors.
• Strong financial discipline and forecasting capabilities.
