What You'll Do

• Oversee daily execution activities across the exchange to ensure efficient trading operations.
• Coordinate liquidity management and maintain high execution quality across all trading pairs.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to enhance overall market performance.
• Utilize trading dashboards and execution tools to monitor market data and performance metrics.
• Manage live trading environments with a strong focus on detail and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a dealing, execution, or trading operations role within a crypto exchange.
• Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, and market structure.
• Experience working with market makers and liquidity providers is preferred.
• Proficient in using trading dashboards and execution tools.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with tech, risk, and leadership teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within a financial or trading environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
