About the Role

Worldly is seeking a Head of Accounts to lead our customer expansion efforts in a fully remote capacity. As the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for driving growth across our complex B2B SaaS customer portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and strategic insight. What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale account management teams to achieve measurable results through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Develop and implement a global account strategy that drives customer expansion and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in account management or customer growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of owning a global account strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong strategic leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
