What You'll Do

• Support HR Experience Operations with back office support, ensuring smooth processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to enhance the customer experience.
• Optimize customer onboarding workflows by suggesting process improvements and product automation.
• Conduct rigorous audits of compliance documents to ensure adherence to regional guidelines.
• Review contract details and financial quotes with precision to align with internal guidelines and client agreements.
• Lead one-on-one calls with employees to provide comprehensive platform walkthroughs, ensuring confidence in navigating their employment details.
• Manage and resolve HRX-specific cases efficiently within the internal ecosystem, meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify bottlenecks in HRX workflows and propose improvements to streamline processes.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex compliance or data discrepancies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR Operations supporting employees in LATAM.
• Previous experience in back office roles or customer service is a competitive advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with service management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with global employment practices, payroll systems, and international labor laws.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SQL or data visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global environment.
