About the Role
We are seeking a talented Head of CRM Monetisation to join our dynamic team at Tipico. This remote opportunity allows you to lead a team of three, focusing on product testing, database research, and competitor monitoring. As the Head of CRM Monetisation, you will transform insights into winning strategies, driving engagement and monetisation through data analysis and market research.
What You'll Do
- Lead the generation and sharing of regular product testing, including QA for new feature releases.
- Provide valuable feedback to stakeholders, driving improvements based on marketing research and competitor testing.
- Collaborate with analysts to connect insights from multiple sources, creating a comprehensive understanding of market trends.
- Support the CRM team by delivering insightful reports and gathering data from various channels.
- Work closely with colleagues from other departments to align the CRM roadmap with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Data, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or consultancy.
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
