What You'll Do

• Lead the international commercial expansion of our climate-tech solutions, focusing on geospatial applications.
• Build and execute a comprehensive global sales playbook that aligns with our strategic objectives.
• Recruit and manage a high-performing commercial team to drive sales and partnerships.
• Establish and nurture high-value partnerships with governments and enterprise land managers.
• Translate complex data from satellite imagery and ecological modeling into compelling commercial value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage long, high-stakes sales cycles, ensuring successful outcomes with government ministries and sovereign wealth funds.
• Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Provide insights and feedback to the product team based on market needs and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development leadership, specifically within Geospatial SaaS, Agri-tech, or Climate-tech.
• Proven track record of scaling commercial teams and transitioning technical products from pilot phases to scalable operations.
• Strong understanding of the climate-tech landscape and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
