Guest Experience Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Guest Experience Lead to join our team at KFC, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a well-known brand that has been serving delicious chicken since 1939. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be the friendly face that makes guests feel instantly welcome, answering questions, keeping things running smoothly, and helping folks with digital orders so nothing slows them down.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with good energy and a real smile, making them feel like they matter the second they walk in.
• Know the menu inside out, answering questions, shouting out promotions, and helping guests pick what’s right for them.
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app, ensuring they can order without stress.
• Monitor the crowd to reduce wait times and keep guests informed about their orders.
• Handle complaints professionally, listening carefully and resolving issues while involving your Team Leader or GM when necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, friendly, clear, and confident with everyone.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues as they arise.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital ordering systems.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of KFC products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
