GTM Talent Sourcer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing top talent for our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. As a GTM Talent Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions will directly impact our growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage with potential candidates for GTM roles through various sourcing channels.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough LinkedIn research to find qualified candidates for sales, marketing, and customer success positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to candidate onboarding.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with quota over-achievement in previous roles.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions in recruitment.
• Experience in field marketing or event coordination.
• Knowledge of sales cycle management.
