GTM Operations Manager - Remote Role in Cyber Security

We are seeking a GTM Operations Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Vouched. As a GTM Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to build a powerful identity verification platform that provides worldwide access to essential services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys translating strategy into execution.

What You'll Do

• Support GTM Execution & Relationship Development by partnering closely with stakeholders to enhance lead generation and partner relationship development.
• Build launch and funnel infrastructure, establishing the operational foundation required to scale new product lines, including AI SDR workflows and customer support processes.
• Act as a bridge between engineering execution and market-facing priorities, ensuring alignment with successful launches and customer adoption.
• Draft executive-level presentations and contribute to industry presentations, packaging product insights into compelling messaging.
• Drive operating cadence and continuous improvement with a focus on AI-native processes, identifying friction points and enhancing pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM operations or a similar role in a high-growth SaaS or AI-native company.
• Strong ability to operate as a self-starter in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record in building operational infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
• High judgment and ownership mentality, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM tooling and exposure to identity or security products.
• Experience working with partners or ecosystem-driven GTM motions.
