About the Role

We are hiring a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) remote to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for SaaS clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys experimenting with cutting-edge tools to directly impact pipeline generation.

What You'll Do

  • Build and launch outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach, and other automation tools.
  • Utilize Claude (AI) to generate, test, and optimize outbound messaging at scale.
  • Transform real-time buying signals into highly targeted prospecting workflows.
  • Develop automated GTM systems using tools like n8n and APIs.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize sequences for improved conversion rates.
  • Enhance campaign speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Track performance through CRM attribution and optimize for pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable).
  • Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation (non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles.
  • Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier).
  • Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems.
  • Prior experience in a startup or agency environment.
  • Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap).

Nice to Have

  • Experience building AI-powered outbound workflows at scale.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models.
  • Exposure to CRO-led revenue strategies.
  • Passion for testing new GTM and AI tools.
