About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager - Remote to join Airalo, the world’s first eSIM store, helping people connect in over 200+ countries. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and optimizing our growth strategies across various regions and channels.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the Growth organization to set and achieve acquisition, conversion, and retention targets.
  • Act as a central capital allocator, ensuring resources are deployed toward high-impact opportunities.
  • Own the forecasting and planning processes, aligning regional and central teams on targets and assumptions.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, synthesizing insights and driving actionable follow-ups.
  • Build data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across regions, optimizing for incremental profit and growth.
  • Serve as the primary business partner to the Data team, ensuring high-quality inputs into analytical roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and decision-making frameworks.
  • Manage complex, deadline-driven projects while prioritizing across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
  • Proven ability to influence capital allocation decisions at a multi-market level.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
  • Experience in maintaining forecasting models and conducting scenario planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguous data.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and experimentation roadmaps.
