Product Designer - Core Experience (iGaming)

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer - Core Experience (remote) to join our innovative team at LeoVegas Group. As a leading name in the iGaming industry, we are looking for a talented designer to help shape the future of online betting and gaming experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, ensuring our products resonate with both new and returning customers.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process (UX/UI) for the product’s core functionality, focusing on user needs and improving workflows.
• Apply design principles and information architecture to enhance UI clarity.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including Product Managers, QA, Engineers, and other designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Create visually stunning, user-centered designs that are innovative and intuitive.
• Utilize data to inform design decisions and continuously improve our products.
• Communicate design strategies and decisions to partners, focusing on the holistic experience.
• Work with cross-functional partners to balance polish and speed towards effective execution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma.
• Ability to produce a wide range of UX/UI concepts and identify edge cases.
• Enjoy discussing design in group settings and participating in design critiques.
• Comfortable conducting workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Self-motivated and able to run projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems and tooling.
• Knowledge of the sports betting and/or iGaming industry.
