Growth & Ops Intern - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Growth & Ops Intern to join our team at Leland. This Growth & Ops Intern remote position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of unlocking human potential by making expertise more accessible. You will play a vital role in supporting our virtual events and courses, helping individuals achieve their career and educational goals.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with event hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual event logistics, schedules, and technical needs.
• Support live virtual events by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions.
• Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms.
• Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule.
• Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively.
• Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups.
• Proficiency using Zoom and other video or virtual event platforms.
• Available 20 hours per week, with some evening availability.
• Able to start immediately; preference given to applicants who can continue through the summer.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event coordination or operations.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms.
