About the Role

In this remote position, you will lead our marketing efforts to drive growth and Total Value Locked (TVL) expansion in the rapidly evolving landscape of liquid restaking and tokenized finance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of KernelDAO.
• Utilize your expertise in tokenomics and DeFi marketing to create effective acquisition funnels.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and oversee paid marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in token marketing, DeFi marketing, or Web3 growth roles.
• Strong understanding of staking, validator incentives, and crypto-native user behavior.
• Proven track record in driving TVL growth and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, asynchronous remote environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a token marketing role at a leading DeFi or liquid restaking project.
• Familiarity with restaking, liquid staking, and modular infrastructure.
• Experience leading growth experiments with high capital efficiency.
