About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager - Social and Search to manage our digital marketing campaigns across a variety of new product lines for Crypto.com. This role is pivotal as we continue to innovate our product offerings in finance and digital assets. As a Growth Manager - Social and Search, you will play a crucial role in driving growth initiatives and campaign development across various products, including credit cards, loyalty programs, on-chain crypto trading, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms, focusing on Search and Social Media.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined CPA targets.
  • Customize creative and messaging to align with regional regulations and user intent.
  • Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device to enhance targeting efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and produce comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements.
  • Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities within the credit card sector.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition.
  • Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets across multiple countries.
  • Deep expertise in self-service paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle.
  • Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with community-led growth and Web3 technologies.
  • Passion for trading and investing across traditional and decentralized finance.
  • Experience managing SaaS analytics (Tableau) and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer).
