What You'll Do

• Prepare and level pitches for holiday homes and lodges.
• Site and connect holiday homes, ensuring all installations are completed to high standards.
• Perform slabbing and base preparation for various installations.
• Install and repair driveways, ensuring safe access for guests.
• Conduct drainage and groundwork preparations to maintain park aesthetics.
• Engage in kerbing, edging, and concreting tasks to enhance the park's appearance.
• Support utility trenching and service runs for park facilities.
• Participate in general grounds and park development works to improve guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a groundworker, preferably in a caravan park environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Good time-management skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to operate machinery related to groundworks.
