What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results.
  • Work directly with marketing on campaigns to enhance outreach.
  • Research prospective customers to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Generate a multi-million dollar pipeline by identifying prospects.
  • Help define processes and policies for the sales team.
  • Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up meetings and mapping accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads on global opportunities.
