Global Senior Vice President, Data & AI - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Senior Vice President, Data & AI to join our innovative team at Endava. This remote position allows you to lead AI-driven transformations for clients in the Banking & Financial Services or Technology, Media & Telecommunications sectors. As a senior leader, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and commercial acumen to help clients implement effective data and AI strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives for clients, acting as a senior advisor to C-suite and technology leaders.
• Define and architect AI systems for enterprise environments, ensuring best practices in AI governance and architecture.
• Drive commercial growth through Data & AI engagements, representing the company in industry forums and conferences.
• Engage with clients to inspire confidence in AI capabilities and contribute to thought leadership and public-facing content.
• Model company values while building long-term relationships and fostering inclusivity within the team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data & AI with a strong track record in leading AI engineering or data science teams.
• Deep technical foundation in AI/ML and algorithms, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong mathematical and coding background, coupled with visible thought leadership in AI.
• Ability to bridge technical and strategic discussions, with domain expertise in Banking/Financial Services or TMT.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, with a preference for East Coast candidates.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the gaming industry or related sectors.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine and game development processes.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and inspire teams.
