Requirements

• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in scalable and distributed systems design.
• Hands-on experience in high-scale data streaming system development.
• Background in deploying software in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to mentor high-performing engineers through all development stages.
• Experience leading remote teams in Agile environments.
• Confidence in customer interaction and troubleshooting.
• Established engineering practices and processes.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 10+ years in the industry.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python or Java.
