Global Mobility Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join our dynamic team at ICEYE. This remote Global Mobility Specialist role is essential for designing and delivering seamless international moves for our talent across various locations in Europe. You will manage the end-to-end relocation and immigration journey, ensuring compliance and providing a high-care experience for our employees.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage approximately 50 active global relocation and immigration cases, ensuring timely updates and high-touch support for all employees in transit.
• Act as the central point of contact for external relocation and immigration vendors, evaluating performance and ensuring alignment with ICEYE's culture and goals.
• Consult with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders on cost projections and feasibility of international hires, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the global mobility budget, tracking relocation spend and tax equalization costs to ensure transparency and ROI for the business.
• Enhance and audit current mobility practices, developing a standardized global mobility framework including tiered relocation packages and localized Welcome Guides.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of international relocation, visa processes, and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously while building scalable processes.
• Confident in partnering with employees, HR, legal, finance, and external vendors across regions.
• Attention to detail and a compliance mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and legal requirements.
• Experience creating or optimizing mobility programs, ideally with a tech-enabled approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with relocation providers, immigration counsel, and tax advisors globally.
• Familiarity with HRIS or mobility tech tools like Hibob.
• Understanding of global employment frameworks and tax equalization principles.
• Ability to track mobility metrics and trends to inform decisions.
• Experience in change management and supporting employees in unfamiliar environments.
