About the Role

We are seeking a Global Finance Manager - Transformation Project (Remote) to lead our finance transformation initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a finance function with real autonomy, driving operational excellence and governance across multiple entities and currencies.

What You'll Do

• Lead finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting processes.
• Implement finance systems transformation initiatives using ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance finance operations and compliance.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and governance standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in a transformation role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations.
• Experience with ERP implementation and finance systems transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
