Global Finance Manager - Transformation Project (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Finance Manager - Transformation Project (Remote) to lead our finance transformation initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a finance function with real autonomy, driving significant change across our multi-entity and multi-currency operations. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that our finance operations are tech-enabled and aligned with best practices in governance, forecasting, and budgeting.

What You'll Do

• Lead the finance transformation project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and optimize finance systems, including ERP solutions like Oracle and SAP.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance finance operations and internal controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in a transformation or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization.
• Proven track record in governance, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
