About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Global Events Manager to join our team on a 16-month contract basis. This remote position offers you the opportunity to lead impactful events that transform the way the world learns. As a Global Events Manager, you will coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute global events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event experiences and stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to optimize event strategies and improve outcomes.
- Provide exceptional client relationship management throughout the event lifecycle.
- Implement compliance and risk management strategies for all events.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in event management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event management or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-related events is a plus.
