Gaming Operations Executive - Remote

About the Role

It’s an exciting time to join us as a Gaming Operations Executive remote! We’re entering new markets, developing new technologies, and moving step by step towards our goal of exciting the world. As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Gaming team by delivering new content based on the release roadmap to hit monthly and yearly targets.
• Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders regarding testing features in development.
• Escalate relevant issues and track the progress of fixes.
• Create a feedback loop with country leads to identify and fix customer friction points.
• Maintain communication with BI concerning weekly releases.
• Conduct game testing across all channels before release and escalate potential issues to relevant teams.
• Keep track of the progress of content release across all markets and provide weekly/monthly updates.
• Source required assets and manage relationships with the creative team for asset-related tasks.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and proactive with a keen interest in the gaming industry.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions.
• Tech-savvy with a good attitude towards continuous learning.
• Gaming experience preferred but not compulsory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing multiple workflows and stakeholders concurrently.
• Familiarity with game integration testing and auditing processes.
• Strong communication skills for provider integration/support channels.
