Full Stack Developer - Cross-Platform Mobile (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer (Cross-Platform Mobile) to join our innovative team at CreatorIO. This is a full-time remote role where you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful digital products that solve real-world problems. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll leverage your skills in mobile and backend development to create scalable applications that enhance user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Utilize native mobile frameworks to implement platform-specific features and optimize performance.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs with a strong focus on security and performance.
• Take complete ownership of features, from requirement understanding to deployment and monitoring.
• Employ AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing processes.
• Rapidly prototype and ship features that have a real-world impact.
• Collaborate within a remote-first team and contribute to product and architecture decisions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and clear documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform frameworks.
• Working knowledge of native mobile development for both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Solid backend development experience using technologies like Node.js or Python.
• Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with AI development, including familiarity with LLMs and generative models.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor in your development workflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Deeper experience with Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Experience optimizing performance using native modules or platform-specific APIs.
• Experience integrating AI features into products, such as chatbots or automation tools.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt design.
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or context-aware AI systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
