What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Product Lead on product shaping, including estimations and addressing concerns based on company goals.
• Proactively assist with incidents, including hotfixes and downtime prevention.
• Shape projects by implementing developer best practices.
• Engage in proactive and reactive bug fixing to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Determine the best implementation strategies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Conduct quality control through testing and performance improvements.
• Assist during incidents by debugging problems effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, specifically with TypeScript and React.
• Near-native English proficiency is required for effective communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with the team via web conferences and email.
• A reliable internet connection is essential for this fully remote role.
