As a Fresh Products Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences through your expertise in fresh products. What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in the sales, welcoming, advising, and retaining customers while processing transactions efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and stock fresh products, ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Maintain the freshness and organization of the product display, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to hygiene regulations and product withdrawal policies to ensure customer safety.
• Utilize your knowledge of fresh products to cut and prepare cheese and other items as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in fresh products and a desire to learn about the industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance your skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in food retail or fresh product sales.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards in food handling.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
