What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing friendly and professional support.
  • Conduct call-backs to clarify open issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and categorize inquiries in our ticket system for efficient tracking.
  • Assist with administrative tasks in the back office to support overall operations.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously optimize processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Training as an accountant or tax clerk is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles, particularly inbound support.
  • Structured and independent working style with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems.
  • Professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Availability on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00, with flexible scheduling options.
  • Must have own equipment, including a laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
