About the Role

Flo Health is seeking a talented Freelance Video Content Creator for Women's Health to join our mission-driven team. As a leading health app focused on female wellness, we are dedicated to transforming health insights into engaging video content. This Freelance Video Content Creator role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, primarily from the East Coast of the United States, and contribute to our vision of a better future for women's health.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging video content centered around women's health and wellness.
• Transform complex health insights into captivating and accessible content.
• Collaborate with medical experts and creators to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage community engagement strategies to foster a supportive environment.
• Lead the production and content delivery process from start to finish.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on audience feedback.
• Work closely with Flo’s internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.
• Commit to 40 hours per week for an initial 3-month period, with the potential for extension.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video content creator, particularly in health and wellness.
• Ability to translate medical topics into engaging content for audiences aged 40 and above.
• Experience managing production workflows and collaborating with freelance professionals.
• Established network of freelance collaborators to enhance content production.
• Strong independent and proactive work ethic.
• Knowledge of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relevant to the 40+ demographic.
• Experience in filming and producing high-quality video content.
• Ability to engage and grow an audience through compelling storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health & wellness content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and community engagement.
