About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Performance Creative Strategist - Remote to join Bodily, a company dedicated to transforming women’s health through clinically-backed, research-driven products. As a growth-stage DTC brand, we focus on supporting women’s bodies with the products and knowledge they deserve. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creation of high-performing ad creative that drives results, particularly on platforms like Instagram.

What You'll Do

  • Concept, produce, and deliver 4–6 new performance ad concepts per month that resonate with our audience.
  • Produce video and static content that effectively converts and drives engagement.
  • Develop and execute ads that scale, ensuring they align with our brand’s mission and values.
  • Shoot and edit short-form UGC-style videos that capture attention and inspire action.
  • Build creative testing frameworks and optimize based on performance data to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate email creative and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Utilize your proven track record of creating high-performing ad creatives to enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Creative Strategist or similar role, particularly in the marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative work effective, especially in maternity, women’s health, or apparel brands.
  • Ability to build and iterate based on performance data, ensuring that all creative outputs are optimized for success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing your high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
