We're hiring a Freelance International Growth & Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team at Koala Interactive. This role is designed for someone passionate about driving growth in the dating and adult social media industry. As a key player in our international expansion efforts, you will help us build market traction through lead generation, partnerships, and measurable growth execution.

What You'll Do

• Identify local growth opportunities to enhance our market presence.
• Generate qualified leads and build commercial relationships across various channels.
• Scout sponsorship and event opportunities to increase local visibility and trust.
• Support local market launches and priority events through effective coordination and validation.
• Collaborate with the Central Marketing team to strengthen acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
• Monitor local product quality and market readiness, ensuring timely communication of issues.
• Track local opportunities and results with a strong KPI mindset, contributing to weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong lead generation and business development skills.
• Experience in supporting growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Comfort with KPIs and strong reporting discipline.
• Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or consumer tech.
