  • Optimize and maintain flatfiles and product data to enhance listing performance.
  • Assist in bringing listings back online quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about complex issues, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Support to escalate issues when necessary, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Exhibit a proactive and hands-on mentality in all tasks related to account management.
  • Maintain a reliable, independent, and structured work approach to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly in troubleshooting and flatfile handling.
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written); English is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively with clients.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing support tickets and optimizing product listings.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
