As a Franchisee Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption across assigned franchise partners, making this a pivotal role in our organization.
What You'll Do
- Own a quota-carrying book of franchise partners, with compensation tied to performance against adoption and revenue goals.
- Drive new location signups and product adoption within assigned franchise territories.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Franchisees, assisting them in setting actionable, measurable business goals tied to growth and profitability.
- Deliver tailored coaching and enablement to franchise partners and their location teams.
- Analyze franchise and location-level KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to improve engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Product, and Ops to support franchise-wide initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and key decision-makers.
- Represent the voice of the franchise partner internally to influence strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Los Angeles Metro area, specifically in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, or San Bernardino.
- 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and their implementation in franchise operations.
