FP&A Manager - Remote Position at Chainlink Labs

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join Chainlink Labs in a fully remote capacity. As an FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis activities within our rapidly evolving blockchain environment. This FP&A Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with department leaders and the Finance and Data teams, ensuring accountability and strategic support in financial planning.

What You'll Do

• Deliver consistent, timely, and high-quality financial data to department leads and the executive team.
• Prepare comprehensive current and forecasted cost projections for all business areas.
• Collaborate effectively with the accounting team to ensure seamless alignment of financial data.
• Develop and rigorously test financial models for new products, assisting the business in making critical decisions.
• Drive the strategic growth of the FP&A function, focusing on scalability and process automation.
• Respond to ad-hoc modeling requests from various business units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field at a senior level.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong willingness to acquire proficiency in additional financial tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience managing Director-level stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for the blockchain industry and a desire to expand your knowledge of cryptocurrency data and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and experience with financial modeling tools.
• CFA and/or CPA certification.
