About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join our team remotely and help shape the future of AI recruiting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our founding team in San Francisco, where you will have a significant impact on our innovative projects.
What You'll Do
- Automate the headhunting process by developing and shipping features to production daily.
- Collaborate closely with our CTO and engineering team to build a fully agentic system.
- Utilize your strong software engineering skills in TypeScript and React to create scalable solutions.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools that enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI technologies, particularly with LLM APIs.
- Startup mindset with a high degree of resourcefulness and value creation.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
- Willingness to work hard and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience coding with AI tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with tech stacks including Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, and Typesense.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.

Who Will Succeed Here
