About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer to join our ambitious software studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia. As a Flutter Developer remote, you will have the opportunity to build high-performance mobile games, applications, and interactive experiences for a global audience. What You'll Do

• Utilize your Flutter mastery to develop engaging mobile applications and games.
• Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to manage complex business logic.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality code and performance optimization.
• Work with backend technologies like Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for user authentication and data synchronization.
• Contribute to a modern workflow using AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on high-performance UI.
• Experience in launching at least one high-performance app or game on Google Play or the App Store.
• Familiarity with game development concepts and engines such as Flame is a plus.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect UI and maintain 60 FPS animations across devices.
• Entry-level experience with a passion for mobile innovation.
