What You'll Do

• Lead and support the floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations as a Floor Supervisor.
• Demonstrate deep menu knowledge and ensure the team delivers accurate, exceptional service.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high standards.
• Oversee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a floor supervisor in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine.
• An approachable, motivational leader who thrives in nurturing team talent.
• Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
