Education Manager - Remote Role for IAAPA Europe & Africa

About the Role

We are seeking an Education Manager to lead our educational initiatives across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. This remote Education Manager position will allow you to shape the educational vision for IAAPA Expo Europe and other regional programs while ensuring alignment with our global objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic development of IAAPA ESA’s educational portfolio, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our members.
• Oversee the execution of more than 50 educational sessions and 10 ticketed events at IAAPA Expo Europe.
• Manage the Call for Presentations process, ensuring high-quality content and speaker engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to promote educational programs effectively.
• Monitor budget planning and financial oversight for the education portfolio, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, events management, or a related field.
• Experience in the attractions, leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex events or educational programs.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

• Skills in data management and reporting across multiple platforms.
• Previous roles in association management or professional learning.
