Field Sales Representative - Remote Flexible

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative - Remote to join our team at the National Centre for Social Research. In this role, you will play a vital part in capturing the voices that help shape public policy and services across the UK. As a Field Sales Representative, you will visit people in their homes, using a tablet to guide conversations that uncover real stories about daily life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct interviews in the community, engaging with individuals to gather valuable insights.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Handle rejections gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Utilize a tablet for conducting interviews and recording responses.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across various times, including evenings and weekends.
• Engage in meaningful conversations that impact public services and policies.
• Receive performance-based pay and bonuses for your efforts.
• Travel time compensated at £4.68/hour, with mileage reimbursed at 36p per mile.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car.
• Class 1 Business insurance is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check.
• Reliable broadband internet connection.
• Access to a laptop or tablet with a camera.
• Confidence with basic technology.
• Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
• High standard of verbal and written English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
