About the Role

We are looking for an Export Manager Assistant (Italian & English) - Remote to join our growing team at Uniformes Gary's. This role is crucial as we expand our international operations, and you will play a key part in supporting our commercial department.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Export Manager in managing international accounts effectively.
• Oversee and track international orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with international clients and distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service departments.
• Prepare commercial and export documentation accurately.
• Conduct market research and support the development of new international clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages (French, German) is a plus.
• Education in International Trade is valued.
